How universities can improve their approach to change management
Our research has shown that university leaders place increasing importance on their institution’s ability to successfully deliver change in response to rapidly changing economic, competitive, operational and regulatory conditions.
However, delivering change in higher education can be challenging.
We set out to explore this topic further, understanding – at a practical level – what proportion of university change programmes really succeed? What is driving this success? What is contributing to failure?
We are delighted to share the results of our change management in higher education survey.
