Whole system resilience: What is it and why should it be top of your agenda?

Wednesday 24 May 2023, 3pm BST

As external challenges continue to rage, some have suggested that the way forward is a whole system response. But what does this mean, and how can organisations contribute to building resilience against these challenges?

Effective resilience programmes span further than just an organisation’s ability to maintain profits. They also focus on raising the strength of individuals, teams, and the society around them.

Our one-hour webinar, hosted by PA expert Sally Shellum, will explore the challenges that individuals, organisations, and societies face when building resilience. Whether you’re looking to become more resilient as a leader or are hoping to support those around you, this webinar will provide you with guidance and tactics to tackle such challenges.

Our panel of experts will explore whole system resilience through the following topics:

  • Resilient self: How can we become more resilient leaders and authentically build resilience in ourselves?
  • Resilient organisation: How can we nurture a culture of resilience in a sustainable way?
  • Resilient society: Why is it important for organisations to contribute to the resilience of wider society?
