IT Breakfast Club

IT BREAKFAST CLUB

Welcome to PA’s IT Breakfast Club – a series of breakfast meetings, where we meet our clients and network face to face in order to share insights and kick-start a dialogue about some of the challenges the CIO of tomorrow will be facing.

We had lined up an exiting programme for 2022 that will touch upon various IT topics, such as outcourcing, moving to cloud, work with data insights and transition to a greener IT.

Besides our experienced consultants, you will also get to meet some of the clients we have worked with, who will share their stories. There will off course also be opportunities for discussion and Q&A.

The breakfast events are physical meetings with attendance at our offices in Portland Towers in Nordhavn – the events take place in the canteen on the 12th floor, where we will also serve coffee & a nice breakfast.

We are looking forward to seeing you here!

The journey towards a data-driven organisation – real-life experiences

Many organisations, both public and private, have high ambitions to utilise the potential of data to a greater extent than they do today. This can be in relation to optimising internal operations, providing better services to citizens or clients, or developing and offering completely new services.

In this Breakfast Club, we will focus on what it takes and how to begin the journey towards becoming a more data-driven organisation. We have invited two notable speakers, each of whom will be sharing their experiences in making their respective organisations more data-driven.

How to align and mature your Cloud organisation and operating model

Many organisations often jump straight into a cloud journey, finding a supplier, and begin implementation and operations, instead of first working out a clear strategy and purpose of moving to the cloud. The result can be costly, ineffective and rarely corresponds to the needs or reality of the individual company.

Come join our IT breakfast club, with best practices and practical experience from Novo Nordisk on how they managed their transition from worldwide datacenters, to operations in the cloud for the entire organisation. They will cover their strategy, the transition, how they managed the program, the change for their employees and much more.

The entire inspiring session will provide insight towards how you can mature your own cloud journey by covering the following:

  • How to align your cloud intent with your digital strategy
  • How to improve and mature the Cloud Operating Model and get in control of cost
  • How to build a strong cloud capability to be even better prepared for the future.

How to meet the increasing demand for green IT

As CIO’s you are increasingly being asked to reduce your IT carbon footprint in line with Science Based Targets as well as enable the business to transform to a greener future.

Knowing where you are and knowing what practical steps you can take to transition is complicated and overwhelming. In this IT Breakfast club, we again will discuss a difficult topic from an IT Leadership perspective.

Join us to hear from our experts and guests to understand on how you can assess your current state, and quickly identify tangible initiatives to tackle first to accelerate.

An informal session where we will discuss with other IT Leaders and CIOs in the Danish market about where they are currently at, sharing examples and insights about what and how we have helped companies from farther afield to transition.
