Essential wireless patent reports
We offer a range of independent IPR reports that clarify the patent landscapes for wireless technologies. We evaluate all patents declared to standards bodies (including ETSI and ARIB) and some found through search against technical specifications to understand if they are essential, a useful implementation or not relevant. We identify the strengths of the companies that own them and are able to outline potential royalty rates.
We’re members of ETSI, the UMTS Forum and the WiMAX Forum. We are a well recognised independent source of information on the truly Essential patents in the wireless industry. Our reports are used by organisations involved in SEP licensing negotiation, litigation or arbitration.
