Adaptive Festival 2021

Thanks for your interest, registrations for this event are now closed.

Adaptive Festival is a three-day series of virtual events, including interactive workshops, roundtables and panel sessions from speakers across public sector and defence.

The UK Integrated Review of Security, Defence, Development and Foreign Policy marks a realisation that an adaptive approach – where organisations rely on the stability of a strong strategic centre while enabling small, experimental teams to innovate – is central to achieving the UK’s new and demanding national security and international policy ambitions.

These sessions will provide practical insights from our experts across the defence, law enforcement and national security industry, along with guest speakers to be announced. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss the challenges facing your organisation today, and look at how an adaptive approach is the key to building successful organisations for the future.
