Thursday 14th September, 8:30am to 11:00am at the Aqua Shard
Join us for the upcoming breakfast briefing with experts from Land Rover BAR, Google and Schroders, focusing on the people and cultural side of organisational agility.
Identifying and harnessing internal and external change has become critical to an organisation’s success. But change is often seen as a negative – something that must be managed and minimised.
However, organisational agility isn't just about adopting Agile practices such as scrum teams and sprints. Achieving true organisational agility requires a fundamental shift in an organisation’s culture, values and behaviours.
Our programme includes 20-minute discussions on the subjects of:
- Learning from innovation and experience - we are delighted to have Martin Whitmarsh, CEO of Land Rover BAR - the British Challenger for the 35th America's Cup talking about his experiences
- Leadership agility – Stuart Mears, Global Head of Business Consultancy at Schroders will share insights from Schroders’ global Agile transformation
- The importance of psychological safety in achieving team success – Kim Wylie, Head of Change and Transformation at Google Cloud Professional Services, will share findings from their extensive research into the key traits of successful teams
- Q&A session – Joined by Claire Logan, PA People and Talent expert and Sam Bunting, PA Agile expert, our speakers will answer questions and provide practical advice for achieving organisational agility.
